Time

Roughly 30% of your time, on month-to-month terms with 30 days’ notice either way.

Outcomes up front
Outcomes and measures are agreed with the owners and the board before you start, and you report against them monthly.
Pay
Aligned with the owners
A monthly retainer. Where it suits both sides, part of it can be equity earned against milestones.
Who we look for
Operators who have done it before.
- You have led a larger, more complex business than the ones you’ll join.
- You know what good looks like, decide quickly and don’t need to learn on the job.
- You bring a network: investors, customers, partners and the operators a business needs along the way.
- You want authority and accountability for the outcome, not an advisory role.
